Breakfast and lunch

Today’s breakfast  was a smoothie:

1 1/2 C plain nonfat yogurt

1C (or a little more) frozen strawberries, mango and pineapple

3 small baby carrots

2 TBS honey (local honey, the real stuff not the sugar concoction found in most grocery stores)

2 TBS milk

The kids loved it.  Beauty liked the idea she was drinking something iCarly drinks-lol.

For lunch:

baby carrots

handful of grapes

Peanut butter and honey  spread on half a whole wheat tortilla and rolled up.  This was also a big hit.  Buck wasn’t much into the carrots though. That’s okay cause he secretly got some in his breakfast smoothie!
